I have noticed the obvious disappearance of Aprons in the Kitchen these days, it’s not that the cooks don’t like it, I think they are not readily available for sale.
Tailors and Entrepreneurs can renew focus on this.
Why shouldn’t I be able to buy a nice looking and well designed Apron for me, my wife and/or my kids in a small shop, street or supermarket.
I would suggest anyone looking at this should also make pockets the size of specific phones on the Apron (don’t want to keep the cooks too far away from their phones, would you?).
Even the conventional white Aprons required in restaurants should be looked into.
Small restaurants and bukas don’t have cooks wearing Aprons anymore. This should be encouraged.
Well designed kids Aprons will go a long way in attracting children to cooking. Who knows, you may even produce a family pack that has one for daddy, mummy and the kids.
