The idea just came to me from my personal experience of trying to support my kids through this Covid19 period through their online school! The work is enormous!! Wow! Its unbelievable!
So I am thinking that its not just hiring a nanny for the children now, the next level is to have a Live-in tutor or teacher just like a nanny!
So the business is for Human Resource inclined people who would then be sourcing and hiring Live-In Tutors for the kids as this may be the new normal now! Home tutoring! The kids would simply turn in school assignments but be mainly taught at home!
A portal where you can find live-in teachers/tutors would be a great addition to the idea. This way teachers and tutors would be vetted and then their capabilities displayed on a central online system.
There are many online tutoring businesses springing up now but it seems the most effective is someone sitting with the child (at least through the regular school hours!). Parents are getting worn out from the constant monitoring of what their kids are doing online and are even more stressed out receiving assignments from schools, tutoring the child and then helping the child submit the assignments back to the school!
I feel this idea is a necessity and will eventually be the new normal!
By the way, I looked at the Live-In option as most people would not be open to the idea of someone coming and going from the home to come and tutor the child! That may be too dangerous in these COVID19 times!
